Initially discuss with the client in order to absorb the real concept that he dreamed. Architect and the team will prepare conceptual drawings accordingly. Once the concept is approved by the client, then go for detail design with further requirements of the client and enter into proper contractual agreement to proceed further. Project cost also critical criteria which address initially with the concept. Next step will the approval matter, which handle by us as a privilege to the client. Architectural and other design service will be obtained as out source service to minimize overhead factor.

After obtain local authority approvals for the design, construction will be commenced as per the construction policy such as

* Proper documentation
* Finalizing subcontractor & Suppliers under procurement committee supervision
* Fully equipped safety methodology
* Master program and other sub chart prepared to treat for time factor
* Quality construction is the main criteria , therefore special steps will be taken to maintain the quality of the product according to ICTAD specifications and other industry norms
* Special attention is to be drawn to maintain site disciplinary of officers and labours
* Quantity surveying aspects & site supervision a will be achieved to minimize wastages & to deliver the product to reasonable price to the client
* Site supervision , frequent meeting and performance evaluation will be managed as a policy without compromising

After complete the project , necessary as built drawings, guarantee, warrantee submitted to the client with user manual and other privilege service would be defect rectification and maintenance within defect liability period.
